Hervey Bay showcases a great variety of fishing action from beach fishing to rivers and deep ocean adventures. The easiest way to experience this is to grab a rod and head to the Urangan Pier, a favourite local hot spot.

The Hervey Bay esplanade is dotted with many cafe's and restaurants with great ocean views ready to be enjoyed.
